- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We recently partnered with Acorn Finance to build monthly payments options right into our invoices. Most of our project require an in house consultation to provide the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation, whether in-person or over the phone, will need to be scheduled to determine your scope of work and understand your needs. A transparent estimate is then drawn up and sent to you via email. If agreed, a signature will be need with a deposit (if the project is large) and scheduling of the project is then determined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained extensive on-the-job training through 10years of experience working in home repair, remodeling, and restoration. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the industry, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction in every project we take on.
