- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Feel free to send pics of job! Roofs must be in reach of a 16ft, 24Ft, & 32ft(Max)ladder! Please let me know if this applies to your house! Price may drop if you only want debris cleaning or have gutter guards! I can’t clean under the guards, would take ages and can be more expensive! It also varies by roof steepness/pitch angle, size, and if bagging the debris is requested! Bagging will take longer and will cost extra! Please note I work from a SUV! Let me know ahead of time if you want me to bag the debris or are ok with my method of blowing debris into natural areas. Under bushes, tree area, etc. If bagging, I can leave the bags near the curb or wherever you want!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask if they need any information on how I do my service, different companies have their own method! But in the end all that matters is that it gets done and looks great!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years and counting! Have pressure washing experience also!
