FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask all my residential customers certain questions over the phone or though the email and then I am able to give them fair estimate, there aren't any hidden costs. On my commercial jobs I just go out to the potential job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I let them know there are no hidden fees. I think that's very important in our day and age to put the customer at ease. My pricing is very black and white and we make our bidding process as transparent as we possibly can. Once customer received my quote he/she are very welcome to ask me any questions regarding the job. Sometimes people just texting me their address and contact number so we can schedule the job for day and time which best fits into the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first and best ever training in window washing services I got in 2009 on the small Nantucket island in MA. Thanks to my former supervisor Paul West (president of National Window Cleaning Association). He sold his cleaning company in MA and moved to Hawaii with his big family and still running the same type of business in Hawaii.
