- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a local, small company, we are able to keep our prices affordable and our service premium.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to make sure we are listening to our new customers. We want to make sure we understand their concerns and are properly identifying the pest issue. We will walk them through the services that apply to them, either by phone or in person. When they are ready to choose a service, we are there to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two different licenses. Our P Phase license #2480P with the Department of Agriculture means we can eliminate or prevent general house hold pests, such as ants, spiders, and roaches. Our W Phase license #1713PW means we can treat for wood destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, and carpenter bees. Our technicians have worked in 4 different states over the past 18 years, so they understand different ecosystems, pests, and products.
