- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Invicta Environmental Pest Defense first wants to make sure we are listening to our new customers, that we understand their concerns, and are properly identifying the pest issue. Invicta Environmental Pest Defense will walk them through the services that apply to them, either by phone or in person. If they have specific questions, they can ask our Board Certified Entomologist and Environmental Scientist. When they are ready to choose a service, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense is there to help.

Invicta Environmental Pest Defense has an on staff Board Certified Entomologist and Environmental Scientist. Invicta Environmental Pest Defense is 1 of only 13 companies in North Carolina that have at least 2 Premier Technicians. As a quality pro and green pro(offered for commercial customers) certified Pest control company, Invicta Environmental Pest Defense is among the top 3% of Pest control companies in the nation. All of Invicta Environmental Pest Defense technicians are certified and operate under North Carolina Pest Control License #2480PW.
