- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized for each client. We base our pricing on hours of service, number of guests, type of drinks being served and if any custom or specialty cocktails are requested, additional products or service add ons, our business expenses (liability insurance, etc) and travel if required. We pride ourselves in proving top quality service at a fair price for those services and products!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel that communication is the key to a successful, fun and stress free event. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss the details of the clients event so we can understand what they are looking to get out of our service and their event. We then spend time working behind the scenes, taking direction from the client and their wants and needs and use our expertise to come up with a plan and custom ideas to present to the client for review and finalize plans. We aren’t satisfied until the client is satisfied with the menu and the plan and will work diligently until that happens and the final plan for the event can move forward and be put into action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although this is a new business venture for us we have several combined years experience in bartending, event planning, custom cocktail creation, business management and most importantly customer service! We believe exemplary customer service is at the heart of our business model.
