This was my 1st time trying a cleaning service and when I spoke to the owner Stacei over the phone she sounded very professional and could meet my cleaning needs but when her cleaning crew arrived one was 19yrs old and the young lady looked to be 14-15yrs old “not sure of her age” but they were both very young and didn’t have much experience at all. My husband & son had to go back and clean over what they cleaned because it was not done good. Stacei didn’t accompany the two cleaners they were alone with no guidance. This makes me very sad with using a cleaning service for the 1st time and this happens. The two cleaners were very nice and respectful but didn’t have the experience I paid for. I paid $165.00 & had all cleaning supplies, vacuum and mop out so they didn’t have to bring anything. I am very disappointed and I will be using someone else. Hopefully having better luck.
