Very professional and great with response time, although did not get the job done and quit prematurely which wasted time and money. For that reason, I would not recommend for property management, but she is a good person in general and I have nothing bad to say about her as a person.

This is very unfortunate ADG to get this review to try and ruin our reputation of 20+ years. We are a professional company with guidelines and I do appreciate them acknowledging that fact. Please see the letter sent to the Owner. The Owner did not want to pay any of our upfront fees and did not pay as stipulated in our contract but wanted to micro manage t from CA. This Owner, although personable, does not have a realistic picture of Property Management or dealing with a professional company. Yes, time may have been wasted on both sides, but better to nip problems or differences in the bud. We wish them well on their endeavors. As I expressed to them, we are not for everybody!

Being able to have peace of mind knowing that my properties as well as tenants are taking care of while I am living in a different state is very important to me. ADG Realty gives me that peace of mind. Any issues that arise are taken care of in a quick, efficient manner with not only the owners in mind but also the current tenants. I would recommend Alicia Thomas and ADG Realty to anyone who needs property management in North or South Carolina.

Real Estate Broker licensed in NC/SC since 2001 Qualified Broker in Charge. I have managed for several property management firms homes ranging from 350-400 homes under management.
