- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep things simple—what you see is what you get. No hidden fees or surprise add-ons. I offer both in-studio and on-location options, and pricing is based on how many people we’re photographing and how many images you need. If you’re booking for a whole team, I’m happy to create a custom quote that works for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation to figure out exactly what you need—whether it’s a solo headshot or photos for your whole company. From there, we’ll lock in a date, I’ll send over all the prep details, and we’ll shoot in a space that feels comfortable for you. You’ll get your edited images back quickly, and I’m always available for questions along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While most of what I’ve learned has come from years of real-world experience, I’ve also trained with some of the best photographers in the industry. More importantly, I know how to work with people—making sure you feel relaxed, confident, and like yourself in front of the camera.
