- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always make sure to provide fair and competitive prices to all of our customers. We do offer discounts to new customers. We also make sure to insure that no extras fees are charged to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer contacts us, we like to schedule a time to meet with the customer on site and give a free on site estimate. We do this because each job is different and it not only allows us to meet with the customer one on one but it also provides us with the opportunity to look at and evaluate the space we will be working with. After that if the customer chooses to work with us, they become our main focus. We make sure to answer any questions that they may have as well as provide them with as much information about our installation process as we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have many years of experience in the flooring industry. Before they started working for our company, our installers worked for larger scale flooring installation companies. Because of their multiple years of experience working with other companies, as well their work within our company, you can trust that all of our installers are very knowledgable when it comes to flooring installation. They are always up for and able to handle any challenge that is put in front of them.
