FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On larger, more complex projects we require a landscape design which we can provide for a fee. The design is so the customer knows what they are buying and the contractor knows what they are installing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: A phone call to make sure MAC Landscape is a good fit for the project Step 2: On-site meeting to go over the scope of work and details. On larger projects, a design may be needed Step 3: We email a detailed proposal and design (if needed). We revise the scope of work based on your feedback. Step 4: Agree on the scope of work, proposal and design via email and collect a down payment. Step 5: Pre-construction meeting with the client, salesman/designer and the production manager to go over any details and the construction process. An "811 Call Before You Dig" is called in by MAC at this time. Step 6: Construction of the project Step 7: Go over any punchlist items if needed and collect final payment
