The technician had a terrible attitude and rushed through the job without properly explaining what was happening. I needed the entire shower handle replaced because the old one was broken, but instead, he changed something inside and then told me he couldn’t replace the handle because it wouldn’t fit. The whole point of the service was to replace the entire handle, not just a part inside. If he had taken the time to understand what we actually needed, it would have saved both of us time and frustration, and the job could have been completed as requested. I’ll also be including the texts and emails I received from them to support my experience.

Aisha, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us. I called our tech to learn the whole process. I think there are some misunderstanding. Our tech came to see your job twice. At first time, the part you provided is not appropriate since it is Delta brand, but your shower is Eljer brand. And what our tech got from your needs was to replace the cartridge, so we bought the right cartridge after showing you the picture and getting the approval from you. Once the right cartridge arrived, we made a second appointment with you and came to do the job this Monday. Our tech never knew that you wanted to replace the handle as well until he replaced the cartridge. From this case, we learned that we should communicate with customers more thoroughly. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to every customer. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

We give our new customers $80 Coupon for the first job. Once they become our customers, they will enjoy the privilege as old cusomters-20% off in 2024!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get a request about the issue, we will confirm or schedule an appointment with the customer. We will come to see the issue on site and provide a free and accurate estimate, no hiding fee. If the customer approve it, we will do it immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have plumber class I license in NC and mechanical plumber license in SC. We are authorized backflow testers in both NC and SC too.
