Ben from Happi Plumbing was the first to call me back, accommodated my busy work schedule and completed the underground piping repair project quickly and efficiently. After the project, he and his work partner cleaned up the ground area of dug up bushes, and removed the cut bushes from my yard. The problem was solved, the work was done professionally and promptly, and the issue was explained. Ben and his work partner also advised me of additional risks in other areas of our underground piping and offered a quick quote on additional work in the event I wanted to do it now vs wait until later. I would absolutely hire Happi Plumbing in the future if we need help - they would be my first call.

Had our tankless hot water heater checked by Happi Plumbing. The technician, Demontrez, was great to work with. We could tell our system was better when we didn’t need to leave the water run long just to feel warm water.

I had a very good experience with Happi Plumbing! I purchased a new washing machine but the delivery guy did not feel comfortable installing it because he said something was wrong with the water valve. I contacted Happi Plumbing and they came out the same day and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the communication and professionalism of Happi Plumbing. They came out the next day to replace a very old cast iron drain line for our new washer and dryer combo unit. I received an estimate complete with photos showing what work would be done. I definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again. Call them with confidence! We give our new customers $80 Coupon for the first job. Once they become our customers, they will enjoy the privilege as old cusomters-20% off in 2024!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get a request about the issue, we will confirm or schedule an appointment with the customer. We will come to see the issue on site and provide a free and accurate estimate, no hiding fee. If the customer approve it, we will do it immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have plumber class I license in NC and mechanical plumber license in SC. We are authorized backflow testers in both NC and SC too.
