- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know new customers. Having a good communication with them is key to be useful to our customers. We give estimates and examinations to give our clients a good idea of their units and/or equipment condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received more than 20 years of training experience. Even now, I am attending school to study modern and older units and equipment.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a client that his gas furnace wasn't operating. Promptly, we gave our diagnosis on the system and fixed the problem. Our client is happy.
