While building a new house, I reached out for fence builders. Brent at Top Rail was the first to respond, and even though we hadn’t closed sent a teammate out to view and measure the lot. He guided us through options and city permit process. Once closed and receiving HOA and city approval, his team was quickly scheduled and prompt and navigated a materials delivery issue quickly and kept on schedule to complete our installation on time. They handled 811 getting utilities lines marked on time and made my participation easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are delighted with our new fence.

This is the most responsive and straightforward company I have ever contacted—they were quick to come out and get an estimate for our yard, understood our concerns, and alleviated them all with an absolutely beautiful fence. We have an incredibly tall St. Bernard. We needed a solution to his ability to get over our chain link fence, and fast. The Top Rail Fence team did wonderful work, and they are the only company I contacted about this job who were completely straightforward about cost, and who were expedient and kind. You can see from the photos that our not-so-little escapee is more than well contained now! We couldn’t be happier with both the appearance of this gorgeous fence and the security it affords us.

I was looking in this app not expecting to get such a fast response but I did! I was able to get them to come out for an estimate the same day.
