McRae & Co. is a Residential and Commercial Design Company providing design services of any size in new construction, additions and renovations. With over 37 years in the construction and design industry and have owned McRae & Co. for the last 27 years.
We have had the privilege of designing some of the largest homes in the state ranging from 15,000 to over 21,000 square feet. However, no project is too small; we will design anything from simple room additions to large estates, from mountain bungalows to coastal retreats. We have numerous elated clients from all over the country as we intently listen to our clientele to guarantee a design to meet their needs.
With our extensive construction background, we not only provide a high-quality, efficient design, but assure a project of structural integrity with detailed drawings that contractors really appreciate.

Larry first designed a 6400 sq ft home that we built in 1999! Everything was perfect! He came to review the construction many times during the building process and EVEN caught a major mistake when it could still be rectified.
