FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our typical workload consists of malware removal, data recovery, and hardware replacement. If you accidentally delete a file or format a hard drive, we can, in most cases, recover files for you. If you crack your LCD on your laptop, or if the power jack is damaged, we can fix that for you. If your hard drive fails and you need a new one, we can replace that for you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many options available when looking for a service provider. Many of them will tout their years or breadth of experience as a selling point. As a customer, you should be able to verify their claims easily. If the provider or company is certified, ask for a digital transcript of their certifications (people that are certified by Microsoft or CompTIA have the ability to send you a transcript electronically). If a company is licensed to do business, you should be able to visit your local city hall to vertify this. If there are claims of association membership or accreditation (BBB, for example), you should be able to independently verify this by visiting their websites. Your computer is an investment. Don't trust just anyone that claims to have experience or has a fancy website. Do a little bit of research before you send your investment to them.
