After a 60'+ tree fell into another tree in our backyard and was hanging precariously above the garage, Scott came right away to assess and quote the damage. He was very considerate with our budget, to provide options for lower cost and even payment terms. While the work was too much to be completed in one day, he and his team secured the dangerous trees so they could return to complete the work after the holiday. Their work was done to more than my expectation, and I fully intend to call to request additional work in the future. I would recommend their service to anyone needing removal or preventive work.

Scott and his team at Outdoor Exposure LLC exceeded my expectations. The tree they trimmed had split years ago, leaving it looking like 2/3 of a tree. Not only did they trim it to get the branches away from the house, they were able to reshape it a bit. I was very surprised to see how good the tree looked after their work. I also appreciated the team's communication and responsiveness. There was a schedule delay for the estimation, but instead of making me 'wait it out', both Scott and the gentleman doing the estimating called me immediately to let me know they would be late. There was one reschedule of the actual trimming work, but it was out of their control, and again, they were on top of it and very professional. They treated us as if our time actually mattered--very refreshing in most service industries these days. Finally, they cleaned up the yard immaculately--no sign whatsoever that any work had been done, other than the finished product. I would recommend them based on our experience, and I would consider them for future projects.
