He quickly identified the problem, explained the issue in simple terms, and told me how he planned to fix it. So simple! His genuine spirit immediately put me at ease. Brian was sent to my house for a minor shower issue. He determined what needed to be done, completed the work within a half an hour, then showed me what was done. Brian was very professional and very nice! I highly recommend TPS Plumbing!!
