- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my integrity and quality, both of which are above average. Respectively my prices are not as low as others. I’ve found when procuring services you generally get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate directly with the customer to work out the details. The more I know about the project the better I can serve the client. I also try to be as flexible with scheduling to accommodate their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed apprenticeship programs in multiple construction trades and have countless hours of on the job training. I also have completed OSHA 10 and 30 hour training programs. I’ve completed numerous other training programs during my commercial tenure, providing a very well rounded skill set.
