I cannot say enough good things about Brent and Edgelectric. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and was at my house in 20 minutes. He was polite, thorough, and very professional. He not only took care of my immediate problem, but also quickly replaced several switches that were not working properly. I will definitely hire him again for any electrical issues. EDGElectric was great to work with. They started by showing up exactly when they said with a call before to let me know who was coming. Brent came in and completed the project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call our client 30 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment as well as letting them know a tech is on their way to the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians have a 4 year schooling (trade school) completed and a journeyman card. We have the NC electrical contractors license.
