The job was completed quickly but I doubt the quality. I asked the company to repair the gutter cap leaking. It worked in the first rain. But after that it is leaking again. I think that using silicone is not enough. Update: The company serious listened my feedback. The technician guy came back identified the root cause and updated the sealing. I like the attitude for the customer.

John and his guys did an amazing job. It was a bit hard to find someone who would do the work we wanted done. They put in a higher quality wood threshold between our kitchen and living areas where two different floors existed. I hated the plastic looking threshold that was there before. John sent pics as he was working on the threshold wood to make sure it was what I was hoping for. Then, he made sure I liked the stain once it was installed. It was perfect! They also recaulked our master shower and fixed a really troublesome issue we had with our fireplace enclosure. The price was extremely reasonable for the work they did. They were on time for both the quote and the work. Good Wood will be our first call when we need work done at our home. I highly, highly recommend them! Fantastic work! Very professional.

The guys at Good Wood did a great job installing a new bathroom vanity and sink, hung new screened porch doors and installed a ceiling fan. All done in a timely manner and very professional. Plumbing, electrical, woodwork all handled with ease. Thanks guys! Would recommend😊

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest but I am fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet onsite for every job so we all have expectations set up front. This makes for a much smoother project. You will also have weekly updates from me directly, at minimum.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associates degree in building construction technology, with 10 years exp. I also hold IICRC certifications in fire damage, smoke and odor, and water damaged homes.
