- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Active Military will save 10% Simple Straight Forward pricing is best! Outdoor Local location sessions are custom. Families(3-5*members) range from $300. & up Larger families/groups/ reunions are by quote. Most families want custom products, and they are subject to market fluctuations in pricing. The studio does offer image files with purchase by quote, Image files are color corrected and organized. The most cost-effective pricing for the consumer is a consultation with a professional photographer. Studio In studio work (Greensboro) will vary with theme and complexity. A consultation form is your first step. The studio works with affordability in mind but know that professional work does come with costs. (insurance education, & experience) In Home Studio: By Quote/Scope Events/Weddings All by Quote Some seasonal packages, discounts for multiples, and watch me grow plans will come up from time to time. You can also create custom packages based on needs. If you have a limited budget, PLEASE call the studio, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your wishes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I do a brief phone introduction and, if possible, set up an in-person consultation. The studio has found consultations to be helpful for setting expectations. Breaking the ice with small children can be helpful whenever time permits. For events and location sessions, timelines are crucial for success. If time isn't available, a phone consult is an alternative. A walk through an event/rehearsal would be helpful and will be done if photographer is available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to the Professional Photographers Association (PPA) (trade organization). I have a degree in Graphic Design, college courses in photography and I have been mentored by 2 studios for Weddings & Events. The studio in NC since 2010, and previous experience since 1991 Long Island, NY.
