- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on a sliding scale based on many factors. It really helps if I can speak with you directly before given you a good set price for your project. I have done projects from a 500 sf pavillion to a 13,000 sf French country to a 10 unit 3 story townhome project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is a bit different but most of the time we discuss the project over the phone or in person, I get sketches, print outs, ideas, etc. I then start working on the floor plans since everything else flows from them and then we go from there. It is a multistep, back and forth process that in the end yields the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the industry for over 25 years. I had my GC license for over 20 years. I have worked in purchasing, estimating, and of course Architecture. I have worked for custom builders as well as 2 of the largest production builders in the nation so I come with a wealth of knowledge on not only design but value engineering. I have had several classes on Energy Star designing as well as some other similar programs.
