We were very pleased with DC Docks and doors. Rodolfo was able to resolve the issues with our door and get it working again, and also took assessed the parts throughout and was honest in his opinion that we will likely need a new motor soon…plus I learned more about our particular door and how long certain parts last before normal wear begins to set in. Turns out we are long overdue for servicing! We appreciated both the fast solution so our kids can use the door in the meantime, and I’ll absolutely be calling Rodolfo and DC Docks and Doors next time we have any issues with our garage door or opener.
