- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Inquiry Complete our contact form. Afterwards, we will send you our collections and we can even customize them to your liking. This step is designed to delve into your vision and story, allowing us to tailor our services to your unique needs. Step 2: Planning Two months before your wedding, you'll receive a comprehensive wedding questionnaire focusing on your wedding itinerary. Upon receiving your responses, we create our own itinerary aligned with yours. This meticulous planning ensures we capture every moment as intended and maintain perfect timing. We'll review this itinerary with you in a video call two weeks before your wedding date. Step 3: Filming Our cinematographer arrives an hour early to set up equipment within the venue. During this time, they familiarize themselves with the surroundings and your wedding party. While we collaborate closely with the photographer, we kindly request 5-10 minutes during portrait sessions to capture captivating motion shots. Step 4: Viewing We deliver your wedding films electronically, presented as an organized layout reminiscent of Netflix's homepage. Share this page easily with relatives and family members. Additionally, you have the option to download the films for convenient storage on your computer. Embark on your wedding planning journey with us—starting here.
