Kevin was a life saver for our situation and our family. LIFE SAVER! He responded and was at our home for our extermination service within 24 hours; whereas, another company had me waiting to exterminate bed bugs that had been transferred to our home for almost 2 weeks! No, no, no. Who can live with that much anxiety for 2 weeks! Kevin had our situation handled in a very professional manner AND before Christmas! He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He felt like family. He is highly recommended on my account.

Kevin was great! He came when he said he would and worked to find and implement permanent solutions to our pest issues. We have pets and didn’t want to use sprays or poisons. He had other methods that seemed better anyway. He sealed every possible entry point he could find, including behind the dishwasher. He’s a good communicator who is committed to providing excellent service at a fair price. I would call him again if we have other problems in the future, although it seems like it will be a long time before we’ll need an exterminator again!
