Although we made 2 appointments, Zachary Buesing never showed up and, even worse in my opinion, didn't contact me either time to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. I tried to understand the first time that he had a personal emergence and had to go out of town and so had to reschedule our appointment. However, it happened again! Inexcusable!
