I requested an estimate. He came by at the scheduled time and gave an estimate. $400 for 28 ft of baseboard. I didn’t move forward with service because I got a $300 estimate from a separate pro who I’ve used for this site. There was a slight language barrier, but he was kind, respectful, and professional.
