If you are needing some electrical work done, please consider Andrew at Carolinas Current. He installed some porch sconces and turned the old porch light into a 4 way plug for Christmas lights. I needed an outside disconnect replaced. Andrew was prompt with his response, his arrival, and he explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He even tried to save me a bit of money. He completed the work in a timely manner and did a professional job. The first question that I ask myself after a job has been completed is: Would I hire this person again? Secondly, would I recommend him? The answer to both is a resounding, Yes! I hired Andrew to mount a TV and replace a ceiling fan, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for an electrician in my hometown at 14 and it gave me the interest to take electrical trade classes all four years of high school and continued into the field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In my decade of being in this trade I would say I have dealt with all types of customers and I have been successful meeting there needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I personally enjoy lighting upgrades. I had a recent customer that I installed twenty four recessed can lights and a few customer supplied light fixtures. We also hung two TVs and installed back lighting behind the TVs. The lighting upgrade really improved his ambiance in the house and really gave his space a nice warm feeling with a sleek presentation. This project was able to be completed in a two day window.
