Cooking has been a passion of mine since I parted ways from the military in the year 2014. I received a Purple Heart while serving in the military. This passion of cooking saved my life, when PTSD from the military controlled my life. I came to the realization that cooking in the kitchen created a pristine aura, that became a passion. While investing in my passion, I proudly completed Culinary school at Johnson and Wales University Charlotte 2019. Started a company with my classmates/partners 2 months later. Chef KD came and cooked for me and 4 kids and he was awesome at letting the kids help. He’s very passionate about what he does. The experience is 10/10 would definitely do again.

I wish I had photos of the amazing Jamaican and Mediterranean food Chef KD made for a huge surprise birthday party bc it was awesome. Great chef, super professional and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely hire him again.

I love love love working with Chef KD. Very professional and kind. Who doesn’t love some good southern hospitality? The food is amazing and it helps me out a lot with my busy schedule. I don’t have the time or energy to cook sometimes and his meal preparation is well worth it. Hire Chef KD !

The price/person amount is not the TOTAL amount for the event. The price/person amount does not include the Travel fee, Food cost, Labor cost, Consultation Fee, Last-minute fee (less than 7 days from event).

Speak with client to see if the client, have a budget set yet? Help the client come up with a menu, that best fit their needs.
