- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price/person amount is not the TOTAL amount for the event. The price/person amount does not include the Travel fee, Food cost, Labor cost, Consultation Fee, Last-minute fee (less than 7 days from event).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with client to see if the client, have a budget set yet? Help the client come up with a menu, that best fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University Associates in Business Management Associates in Accounting.
