- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set pricing for service, parts, motor and door installations. Discounts are offered for multiple unit installations, veterans/active military and widows. Contact us for more information!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us looking for a quote on their garage door solution(s), we gather as much information about the situation as is suitable for over the phone. We then book the job. After the job is complete, we explain what was done and educate our customer of how to operate their door and motor safely and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We strive to be up-to-date on industry news. Our professional service standards are what sets us apart from the competition. New hires have a clean background and a history of hard, honest work. They must complete a training program to be certified before working in the field on their own.
