FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Electric of Charlotte offers a flat-rate model. This eliminates any surprises to you the customer. It means, whether the job you hire us to complete takes us 2 hours or 10 hours. The price that we acknowledge and agree upon upfront is what you pay. There are discounts from time to time. Please check our webpage or ask your Service Professional when on-site. We also offer member discounts and priority scheduling on future work that may be needed at your home or business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s an on-site (free in most cases) visit to the home to inspect and estimate the repairs for the customer. We understand each home or business we visit has different goals for the owner and different variables for their projects. If you decide to move forward, we are ready to do the work that same-day in almost all cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fortunately, I was able to spend a decade working for a subsidiary of Tyco. During that time, I worked in all facets of the organization. I held roles as a technician and sales representative. Also held roles in management in each department while there.
