My name is RJ Knowles. I am a dedicated husband and was blessed to marry my middle school sweetheart with whom I share three wonderful kids. I live and work in Clemmons, NC. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in residential and commercial pest control environments, as well as manage a branch for a well-established pest control company. It became clear to me that my community needed a reliable pest control solution that would treat each customer like family. That is the inspiration behind Reliable Pest Control Services. RJ was fast and effective and exactly what we needed to get rid of our bed bugs! We needed this taken care of as soon as possible and he responded the same day, gave a free estimate the second day, sprayed for them on the third day so as faster than we could have hoped for. Great value too for spraying our whole house and putting mattress covers on for us. He answered our many questions too quickly and we are just overwhelmingly grateful.

I would have given 5 stars because RJ was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and offered a senior discount also. He also explained to me somewhat the process and the type of hornets/ nest I had. The only thing was the nest was not removed. I was told to check on it and remove the next day. No way did I feel comfortable enough to do this. ***changed my review to 5 stars. Due to miscommunication I thought RJ had completed the job but he came back and removed the nest which he advised was part of the service. Very thorough and I would definitely recommend.

Thank you guys soo much!! They came to my home at the time we arranged and took care of my bee problems. There was also a really big SOMETHING that was flying around, which was the main reason I called. I was able to kill it inside but didn't want any of his friends to be able to come looking for me! Prices are very reasonable for the services they provide! I look forward to a continued relationship with this company.

The team was great to work with. Responsive and kept me informed of the situation while they treated the yellow jacket situation. It was a large nest and required multiple trips, and they did it quickly and with urgency. A huge thank you for the job well done!
