What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a diagnoses of any electrical issue at $150/hour ($200/hour weekend rate) but this also includes repair, if we are able to do it in same time. If not we will offer you an estimate for work needed for repair and credit the diagnoses fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed electricians proudly serving the state of NC.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We carry over 20 years experience in the electrical field in NC.
