Matt from MK Crawlspaces was a pleasure to work with. Logistics and finding a reliable contractor is always difficult (not the case with Matt). Matt was clear at setting expectations and communicated and showed up on time. The insulation and enclosure job he did for our crawlspace was done on time as promised and quoted. We needed to have our crawlspace cleaned and encapsulated because of mold. We received bids from other companies that included many unnecessary charges. We finally got an estimate from Matt at MK Crawlspaces that wasn’t overcharging and actually made sense! Matt and his team completed the job in 1 weekend at the agreed upon estimate!
