Unfortunately, we were not able to hire Rodrigo. We believe his heart is in the right spot, but he may be juggling too many responsibilities at once. He was late when arriving to conduct the estimate, then was late in providing the proposal. Then, he did not show when we were scheduled to sign the contract and pay 1/2 of job cost. Finally, he attempted to blame me for not responding when we had confirmed twice before my availability. I wish him luck, but we have a timeline to keep.
