Introduction
Hi my name is Kiera- Rose and I am a newly certified yoga instructor. I have been hosting private events and yoga in the park for a year. My focus is to help to guide my clients mind and body out of flight or fight mode and into a state of serenity. To hold space for you to connect with yourself and help you leave the mat with a clear conscious, regenerated cells and a sense of peace. I host one on one, group and couples yoga. Whatever you are wanting to get out of the session is possible and I am more than capable to help you reach that. I focus on restorative yoga, trauma informed yoga and much more.

Wow! How amazing! Kiera checked ALL of the boxes. I highly recommend her as she was very personable and wanted to ensure my overall experience/ vision was met. I needed an instructor to really show their passion for this work and giving their clients the ultimate yoga and guided meditation experience ever. I had Kiera come in to have a session for my mom’s 50th birthday retreat with she and her close friends. They all left feeling connected within AND clearer about their purpose (for whatever reason) She delivered confidently and knew exactly what to do the meet the needs of ALL the ladies that were apart of the retreat. I can’t wait to hire/ work with Kiera again.

Kiera made my first ever yoga session such a wonderful experience. I always thought that my body is not made for yoga, too stiff, but she patiently worked with me to help me relax and make all yoga poses. The essential oils that she used not only smelled amazing, but made me feel refreshed and calmed my entire body after a long day at work. I highly recommend her! She is just the best!
