Welcome to CCE Weddings, where planning weddings is our passion!
Crystal started CCE Weddings in February 2020 after holding a Director of Catering & Events title at two popular Country Club’s in Charlotte. She and Kendall have been in the food and beverage industry for 10 years now. And both have experience in every position you can imagine.
We are truly in love with all aspects of weddings, no matter how big or small! Unlike many wedding planners, we don't mind getting our hands dirty. Including negotiating and dealing with tough decisions. Our sole purpose as your wedding coordinator is to create a memorable experience that you and your guest will never forget!

As a private baker, I’ve worked countless weddings and I can confidently say that Crystal was the MOST incredible planning & coordinator I have ever encountered. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail was unmatched. She went above and beyond to to ensure that everything was seamless and exactly what the bride wanted. There were several guests with dietary restrictions and Crystal even ensured that they all got specific meals/desserts etc. I cannot recommend her highly enough

Crystal was hands down my saving grace for our wedding on 9/9/2023. It was a backyard/ outside wedding that had ALOT of little details plus last minute tent planning for the rain projected. Day of she handled the timeline exceptionally well and gained a lot of respect from my bridal party & guests with the way she carried herself. She also saved me money & time on tent rental big time by getting numerous quotes and meeting with them. I had a great time just meeting up with her for coffee to as she’s super sweet and passionate about her work. I highly recommend others for her weddings services!

If you're hesitating to book a wedding coordinator, look no further than Crystal Clear Events! We asked for Crystal's services well into wedding planning since it was becoming a bit overwhelming to manage all of the details. She did a phenomenal job of jumping right in to introduce herself to our vendors and quickly built out a timeline that met our expectations for the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail and suggestions for a perfect day were tasteful and played well to what we wanted for our wedding experience. Crystal's day of coordination allowed Grace and I to enjoy the day without having to worry about the minute details.

I attended a wedding this past weekend and could not believe the immense beauty and attention to detail of this event. I had to find out who it was that did this incredible work. I was happy to find out that it was CCE weddings. Definitely will be using them in the future!
