Minister Bell officiated our wedding 7/13/2019. We had so many concerns that we didnt get to meet the Minister till the ceremony. We had texted several times through out. He was very attentive to our requests and followed through with our input. The service was very professional with a reasonable rate. He was very nice and kind and understanding . My husband and I would highly recommend hiring Minister Bell as your wedding officiant!!!
