- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of pricing packages depending on customer preferences. We do offer flat-fee services for clients interested in paying upfront. Most of our clients choose to compensate us based on a percentage of the closed price, in which case payment is only made when the sale closes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin by meeting with customers to assess their needs and objectives. We outline our marketing plan and make introductions to the people on the team who will be assisting in our process. Once we have a timeline in place, we can get the paperwork completed and begin marketing - often the same day.
