They were very responsive and quickly set up my appointment. They came when they said they would and got my items. There was no issue with the work. My issue is with the customer service. I was told to pay a $50 deposit to lock my junk removal in, which I did, but I accidentally overpaid at the end of service and paid the full amount without subtracting my deposit (my fault for not realizing and addressing it then). When I reached out to them requesting the overage paid be returned, they said the deposit was really a FEE for the truck and gas since my house was an hour away. None of this was disclosed AT ALL until I reached out for my overage paid to be refunded. I am disappointed in how this was handled and will not use them again because of it.

I had a last minute project and I needed someone to help move a heavy pool table top that got stuck on my stairs. The previous help could not get it off the stairs! I reached out via Thumbtack and Tommy from You Call We Haul responded right away! He was professional and clearly explained his rates and how he and team would handle the job. I booked the job with him for the next morning at 10:30. Tommy called two hours prior to the appointment to confirm his arrival. Then he texted when he was on his way. Loved the communication and updates! Tommy and his team were life-savers! I was stressed about getting the heavy pool table top off my stairs —quickly! Tommy made it happen quickly and easily!! I am so appreciative for his quick response, professionalism, and communication through the process!! I highly recommend Tommy and You Call We Haul!! They definitely came to my rescue and are fantastic!!
