I am extremely happy with the portico that Riavv Construction built on the front of my house and the grey siding came out great! It looks like a new house! Riccardo was a pleasure to deal with, and was very responsive to my phone calls or requests. If you are looking to hire a contractor, I highly recommend Riavv Construction.

Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job. The project was to put framing, dry wall, flooring to unfinished basement rooms. He went though all his design ideas that fulfilled my needs. He was very transparent on the pricing. Unlike some contractors who only gives you an estimated number, Ricardo lists all the materials (brands, amounts, etc.) so that you know where your money goes. His team is motivated. They came on time everyday according to my schedule, and work efficiently. Throughout the project, I made several adjustments and his team can always adapt to them. I could not be happier.

I hired Riavv Construction to renovate my first project and they didn't disappoint. It was a full renovation project from the sub floor, plumbing, electrical, dry wall (from the walls to the ceiling), kitchen, bathroom and roofing of a home originally built in 1952. Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. My opinion was welcome and he explained in detail as to why or why not some things would work based on literal building code transcripts. I'm extremely impressed and cant wait to find my next fix and flip or fix and rent. Great job Riavv! Talk to you soon.

We do free estimates on site. Pricing will depend on sq ft, and material quality you would like, but if there is anything that you would like to add to the project we can discuss.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I start work with a new customer I like to get to know them and build a relationship with them. I pride myself on listening to the customer to fully understand their needs. By walking step by step through the process, we can lay out a plan that will make their vision come true.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in commercial construction, framing, painting, power washing, cleaning, and customer service with my family for 10 years.
