- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a flat fee and depends on the scope of the project. I work with various budget ranges, but always suggest where to spend the money in terms of quality. Call today for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client reaches out to me, we will schedule a 15-minute discovery call to meet and discuss the project. If we are a good fit, then we will move onto the design consultation. This can be in-person, on the phone, or through Google Chat. During this meeting, we will dive deeper into the scope of the project, targeting functionality, your inspiration for the space, and your budget (for E-Designs, measurements must be presented before work begins). We can also schedule an in-home design consultation. This service starts at $150. Once we have everything squared away, I will send the proposal and invoice to be signed. Proposal and deposit my be signed and paid before work begins. Depending on the scope of the project, our turnaround time is 2-8 weeks. The timeline may vary for more detailed or time-sensitive projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Interior Decorator with over 3 years of decorating experience in the hospitality field. I also have my BA in Graphic Design and studied business/marketing in college.
