- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are provided over the phone based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, and bonus rooms. Set prices are never changed unless the amount of rooms in the home differ from the given amount over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome any new customer in a very simple friendly way. Estimates are given over the phone, a list is provided of what will be done to the home in-depth depending of what type of cleaning is provided. Customers are asked for walk-throughs just to ensure home cleanliness is up to customers standards and we offer discounts for our reoccurring customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience in cleaning and as for our employees, they have four years and above of either post-construction work, hotel cleaning, residential or commercial cleaning.
