FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set to allow the time necessary to provide a high level of service to our clients while using the necessary tools to do accommodate the many variables that can take place during photography. This high standard of service, unfortunately doesn't allow us to often be the least expensive, but our rates are competitive with the service level provided and discounts are built in accordingly when ordering multiple products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Photography is certainly a profession that allows you to accomplish one goal many different ways. Therefore, I take time to heavily educate a customer on what to expect and what an experience is like working with me. Once this is communicated, an email is then sent and customers are required to review and approve a statement of work prior to a session. This ensures a positive experience as it forces myself and clients to be on the same page for expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the field since 2006 and there's rarely a week where I'm not independently doing continuing education through online studies or in the field studying to continue to refine my skills as a photographer. I'm a hands on learner.
