I received two in-home estimates and I was very impressed with Marcio's walkthrough. He asked questions that I hadn't thought of and offered solutions and ideas that hadn't come to my mind. It was pretty clear that we wanted to hire him once he left. He did the entire project while we were still living across the country and he handled everything very professionally. He refinished about 1700 sf of red oak floors and removed existing carpet and installed about 1800 sf of new red oak floors and then added a natural matte stain to give everything a uniform look. The transitions are seamless and the quality is excellent. I'm very pleased with everything from start to finish and I would recommend him for your flooring job. He wasn't the cheapest bid I received, but I think the pricing is fair for the job that he performed.

Marcio was very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job on our luxury vinyl herringbone planks. They were professional and efficient (done in about 4 hours for 1 large room, small hall, and closet). Very communicative throughout the process. He was honest about what he can and cannot do given the flooring we chose. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend if you want great quality for a fair price.

Marcio Vaz, and his team are great. We purchased a house in Charlotte NC December 14th 2020 Marcia, came out to start ripping up old carpet in four bedrooms and hallway. The floors were from the 60’s and needed a lot of work to bring them back to life. After doing repairs to the floor. He refinished the floors. Truly fantastic. Marcio, also ripped up the carpet on steps that originally had a chair lift that was bolted and nailed to the wood steps. Marcia had to pull all the screws, bolts and nails out. He also had to replace 3 odd shaped Steps. Again fantastic job. The price was also very reasonable. I have another floor project downstairs and of course Marcio Vaz, will be the company I call.
