- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very reasonably and I will give you an estimate before the work is started. In the event that I will have to make a return trip due to parts availability,there will be no additional fee added to the service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally introduce myself during a phone conversation then we’ll coordinate a meeting time and date. My website also have a new feature which allows my client to upload any information pertaining to their generator issues and any other questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in several dealerships as pertaining to generators. I also served a total of 11 years in the Armed Forces as a Power Generator Technician.
