He agreed to come to my house to give me an estimate 9-9:30. I asked him to call 10 to 15 minutes before. He message me on the app at 8:30. Then called me at 8:44, 2 minutes before he arrived. Then he proceeded to park outside of my house instead of coming to ring the doorbell. I thought he was perhaps doing some work in his car so I waited for him. But he never came up to ring the doorbell, he just drove away at about 9:15. When I called him to ask why he was driving away and why he didn't ring the doorbell, he just said he was waiting for me to meet him. I told him I lived in the house and I was waiting for him to ring the doorbell. But when I asked him why he didn't just ring the doorbell or call if he thought I was meeting him he said this isn't a good fit and hung up the phone.
