- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Top Rail, we aim to be the leading fence company in the industry while offering competitive prices. We do so by keeping our business model lean so that we can offer reasonable prices while using the highest quality materials and providing excellent customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free initial consultation and estimate. This allows us to better understand what the customer is looking for and provide recommendations. Once the customer decides to proceed, we accept a 50% deposit and order materials. Typical deposit to completion time is about 2 weeks. Upon completion of the job, we will perform a walk-through with the customer and then accept the remaining 50% payment.
