- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know any sort of initial service price or installation price as well as what the ongoing price would be for the maintenance of their service. While one-time services are an option, pest professionals can not guarantee the same long term effectivity as a plan would provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is identify what type of concerns a customer would have. We then develop a targeted treatment plan for their issues or to fit their needs if preventative. After initial service has been done to flush out any activity, we move into the maintenance stage of the treatment plan and keep our barriers established.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified with the state to be able to complete Pest Control services.
