- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront hourly rate $120 plus travel fee based on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick response via Thumbtack and Text messaging followed by a phone call to better understand the situation of the issue. If the situation requires extended periods, then we take the device to the shop and return to customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working in the IT field since I was a teen. Computer has always been my passion and Hobby. I have attained Comptia Security+, HP, Dell and Apple certification while working at RadioShack and Central Piedmont Community College. I also have a Bachelor's degree in computer Science with emphasis in network security.
